The Training and Competence Certification Scheme under the Human Resource Management (HRM) framework, licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), is designed to validate and enhance the competencies of HR professionals. This scheme aligns with Indonesia’s National Competency Standards to ensure participants possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and ethical values required in managing human resources effectively.
Participants undergo a comprehensive training program focusing on strategic HR functions such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Upon completing the training, participants are assessed through rigorous competency evaluations to earn a BNSP-recognized certificate.
